Its with a heavy heart, but this company is not a fair company. I had reply to an email regarding being credit checked while self excluded five weeks ago. The email said i would receiving my GDPR request shortly. Since this time nothing, numerous email and tweets and live chat and still nothing. I believe they are holding data on me that is wrong. By the way, its now owed by William Hill. Stay away at all costs.
