I won money and can not get cashed out 777 strikes is saying you wont let them cash me out and this has happened to several people and it giving Orion stars a bad name so my winnings are sitting there and not being sent to my cash app and its unfair to me considering I pay to play and I feel you need to handle this in a timely manner

I have spent over a thousand dollars at Orion stars and I’ve won maybe $100 that’s not my complaint however it is pretty bad. It’s the free play that really bad. If you receive one and most of the time you won’t but if you do it’s 3 cents or 13cents it’s insulting after 5 spins in a row of landing on ” good luck” which gives you nothing then when you do it’s 3 cents.

They reimbursed me 70 dollars in freeplay on another game, which I thought was nice. Then I won 86 dollars. They wouldn’t reimburse me. What a rip-off! I want my money back! If I turned it in, they’d give me 5 bucks. I spent too much on their games! Don’t trust them.

My agent was supposed to cash me out 301.00 and took it off the game. Then they claimed it wasn’t ever on there for me to cash out.

The platform Playjuwa told me their company policy was to payout no more than $200 on a $10 deposit, which I deposit all the time. This particular $10 happened to be my last deposit, out of $1531, and roughly $270 was a jackpot. So how could that make any sense? If this isn’t corrected, I’ll make sure I go on social media and blast it to everybody. I can talk to you about how unfair it is. I know you guys do not operate this way, but these guys are working for you, and one of my friends too; I play online and if I’m not going to get paid, you guys will have to do something to rectify it. Reach out to the platform and find out why they made that decision, because I’m sure you paid them. They just kept the money.
