This site is a scam. All the sign up bonuses are faulsly advertised. For example I put in £20 got £20 free. Great however the free £20 is just credits. If you win with it you can not take any of the money out. Its basiclly a bulls*** scam to make you put more in and they apparently match you. But they might aswell give you a piece of paper with £20 scribbled on cause its not functional. You can use it but nothing you win is withdrawable. Completely unhelpful.
Hands down the worst online casino out there in terms of withdrawing money or dealing with customer ‘support it’s been 3 days already for what should be a 5 minute bank transfer, I’ve had to send all sorts of personal documents multiple times to approve the withdrawal but after 3 days it STILL says pending. And then after all this they hit me with an account verification request to slow things down even more. Never ever ever give a single penny to these clowns, best options are sky casino or virgin gaming. I’ve dealt with 5 different customer service people all of whom have given completely different information and been completely unhelpful.

Worst online casino to deal with. I have been waiting 2 weeks to get my withdrawal now because the documents I’ve sent are ‘insufficient’ the same documents were fine weeks earlier when the withdrawal was much smaller. Customer service is rubbish I had on multiple occasions had the representatives tell me everything was sorted and I could expect it to be payed out, only to find a few days later when I asked what the hold up was that i needed to do more documents. I would highly recommend staying away from this site and their rubbish.

Shocking layout of the casino
Just about everthing hence the 1 star, shocking layout of the casino you swipe down and it goes across, very slow withdrawal times. These quickly need to get up to speed with others before being left behind in that department.
